The Senior Legal Advisor will provide expert legal guidance to support the firm’s fiduciary obligations and strategic objectives. The role requires deep knowledge in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Financial Services, Contract, Civil, Commercial, Employment, Real Estate, Trusts, IP, and GDPR.

This position involves advising on complex legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing legal risk across the firm’s client relationships. The Senior Legal Advisor will work closely with the Managing Director and play a key role in overseeing major transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice to management and clients across a wide range of legal areas.
  • Guide the Managing Director on fiduciary services and business strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor legal changes and conduct research to ensure the firm remains compliant and informed.
  • Oversee client projects and ensure all legal needs are addressed proactively and professionally.
  • Draft and review complex agreements, policies, manuals, and legal documentation.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations while advising on legal implications.
  • Liaise with legal counsel and service providers in various jurisdictions.
  •  Oversee legal and compliance checks during client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the corporate administration team to meet statutory obligations.
  • Support and train legal and corporate staff across departments to ensure integrated legal solutions.

Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited institution. A Master’s degree, legal specializations, or CySEC certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in relevant legal fields with emphasis on corporate law and M&A.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Cyprus.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator / Accounts Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, preferably within a corporate or fiduciary services environment, and will be comfortable managing multiple client accounts.

Proficiency in Zygos software is a strong asset, along with familiarity with Cyprus tax regulations and accounting standards. This role involves close collaboration with both internal departments and external clients to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounting records for a portfolio of local and international client companies
  • Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliations, trial balances, and management accounts
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns and other tax filings
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required
  • Ensure all accounting activities are conducted in line with internal procedures and relevant regulations
  • Generate reports from Zygos and ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the corporate administration and legal teams on client-related financial matters
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience, ideally within a corporate or fiduciary services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Zygos software (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Familiarity with Cyprus VAT/tax legislation and IFRS is a strong advantage

We are looking to recruit a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join us in the Compliance Department. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with AML monitoring, client onboarding, and compliance reviews
  • Support the MLCO in maintaining internal AML procedures
  • Develop, update, and implement internal policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Oversee the client onboarding process and ongoing due diligence to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
  • Prepare and submit all required periodic and annual regulatory reports
  • Act as a point of contact with regulatory bodies, handling compliance-related communication
  • Monitor client transactions and other compliance systems to ensure ongoing adherence to regulations and internal controls.

Requirements 

  • Previous experience in the compliance departments of fiduciary, corporate services, or law firms
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with AML principles
  • Experience using Zygos software or similar systems is a strong advantage

This is a mid-level role, ideal for candidates looking to grow into higher compliance positions.
